Our Standard

In today's mass production of food and cheap mentality, it is becoming increasingly difficult to consume sustainable and fair products. We want to counteract this trend and create transparency with our meat products.

An aspect of quality of life is the knowledge that you have a piece of meat on your plate and knowing for certain that the animal had a healthy and stress-free life.

We offer meat packages from the farm and we also ship via ExpressPost (Luna service) throughout Switzerland.

Our cattle and woolly pigs are kept in extensive farming, they can develop well in our spacious pastures and have a natural diet.

We hunt, slaughter and process our game ourselves

Our fine schnapp (e.G. Gentian, Cherry, Gravensteiner, plum, quince, … ) are produced either from our own cultivation or from the raw materials that the Jura offers.
